Le 23 mai 2023, à l’occasion de sa 45e année d’existence, la CNIL accueillera des chercheurs, avocats, journalistes et représentants d’organismes publics et privés. Ils reviendront sur son histoire et réfléchiront aux perspectives du numérique pour les générations à venir.
On May 23, 2023, as part of its 45th anniversary, the CNIL will welcome researchers, lawyers, journalists, and representatives from public and private organizations. They will look back on its history and consider the future of digital technology for future generations.
L’identité numérique comporte de nombreux enjeux, notamment pour la vie privée des personnes. Dans son premier « dossier thématique », un nouveau format de publication destiné à faire le point sur un sujet d’actualité, la CNIL présente les grands principes clés et ses positions en la matière.
Digital identity presents many challenges, especially in regards to individual privacy. In its first « thematic dossier », a new publication format to address a current issue, the CNIL presents the big key principles and its positions on the matter.
Le 14 février 2023, le CEPD a adopté trois lignes directrices portant respectivement sur la certification comme outil de transfert, sur l’articulation entre le champ d’application du RGPD et les règles en matière de transfert ainsi que sur les moyens d’identifier et d’éviter l’utilisation de designs trompeurs sur les réseaux sociaux.
On February 14th, 2023, the CEPD endorsed three guideline policies which focused on certification as a transfer tool, the relationship between the scope of the GDPR and the transfer rules, and how to identify and avoid deceptive designs on social media.
Political microtargeting on Facebook: an election promise just for you!
noyb filed a series of complaints against several German political parties. The parties had used microtargeting on Facebook during the 2021 federal election and targeted potential voters.
