Le 14 février 2023, le CEPD a adopté trois lignes directrices portant respectivement sur la certification comme outil de transfert, sur l’articulation entre le champ d’application du RGPD et les règles en matière de transfert ainsi que sur les moyens d’identifier et d’éviter l’utilisation de designs trompeurs sur les réseaux sociaux.
On February 14th, 2023, the CEPD endorsed three guideline policies which focused on certification as a transfer tool, the relationship between the scope of the GDPR and the transfer rules, and how to identify and avoid deceptive designs on social media.

Austrian DSB: Meta Tracking Tools Illegal
Austrian Data Protection Authority (DSB) decided that the use of Facebook’s tracking pixel directly violates the GDPR and the so-called “Schrems II” decision on transatlantic data flows.
