La France a ratifié le 27 mars 2023 le Protocole d’amendement (dit 108+) modernisant la Convention pour la protection des personnes à l’égard du traitement automatisé des données à caractère personnel (Convention 108). C’est une étape importante dans le processus d’entrée en vigueur de cette nouvelle version du seul traité international contraignant en matière de protection des données personnelles.
On March 27, 2023, France ratified the modernizing Protocol Amendment (known as 108+) to the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with Regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data (Convention 108). This was an important step in the process of bringing the new version of the only internationally binding treaty on personal data protection into effect.
