Les 24 et 25 mai 2023, le Comité européen de la protection des données (CEPD) a adopté deux nouvelles lignes directrices : l’une sur le calcul des amendes administratives, l’autre sur la procédure d’adoption des décisions contraignantes.
On May 24th and 25th, 2023, the European Data Protection board (EDPB) adopted two new guidelines: one on the calculation of administrative fines, and the other on the procedure for adoption of binding decisions.
