La CNIL a prononcé une sanction de 150 000 euros à l’encontre de la société KG COM pour non-respect du RGPD et de la loi Informatique et Libertés. Cette société collectait notamment des données de manière excessive, ainsi que des données sensibles sans consentement préalable et explicite, et n’assurait pas suffisamment la sécurité des données.
The CNIL has commended KG COM with a sanction of €150,000 for their failure to respect the GDPR and Data Protection Act. KG COM was found to have collected excessive data as well as sensitive data without explicit prior consent and lacked sufficient data security.
