Après une analyse des systèmes existants, la CNIL publiait en juillet 2022 sa position sur les dispositifs de contrôle de l’âge sur Internet, et notamment sur les sites à caractère pornographique pour lesquels il est obligatoire. Elle se félicite aujourd’hui du lancement d’une expérimentation d’une solution conforme à ses recommandations. Dans l’attente, des dispositifs compatibles avec le RGPD existent.
The CNIL published their position on the age check systems for the internet, particularly pornographic websites where age checks are mandatory, after analyzing the existing systems in July 2022. Today, the CNIL is pleased to announce the launch of an experiment of a solution compliant with their recommendations. In the meantime, there are systems compatible with the GDPR.
